Detweiller Park –  First to the Finish The weather was perfect for the early bird races, however it started to warm up when it was time for the big boys and girls races in 3A competition.  The projected forecast high by the weatherman was 76 for today, however by the time the 3A races started it was 80 degree’s and getting warmer by the minute.  The Mighty Maroons didn’t let this little heat wave slow them down, but embraced the challenge and ran personal best on the (State Championship Course) today.  I’ts amazing because half of the team is sick with some sort of cold or flu and cough.  98% of the Team ran to a (Personal Best Today)  Outstanding:)  Special kudos goes out to Madison Lodico for going sub 20:00 minute for the first time this season (19:32) as a Freshman
