Beautiful weather, however very hot and windy today for the runners. As a fan, great weather for a tan! Both teams ran well today, however we must remember this is only our first race. Some athlete’s put in the summer training and it showed! Many athlete’s today ran a Course PR today compared to their last year time. Last year the weather was perfect. Today it was more difficult and challenging in the heat. Remember to drink lots of liquids during the week. We had several members from other teams not fair well because of lack of hydration during the week. Overall team performance today (Very Good)
