The weather for this Invitational was perfect and our team was up for the challenge. The course is somewhat difficult, however each team had to run it with the same advantage that we had, ” a pair of running shoes and a strong mental attitude.’ We had athlete’s that demonstrated how mentally tough they were today on this course. This particular course can defeat and beat you up as a runner if you let it, or you can take control and beat it mentally. We had some amazing performances on this course today which was very impressive. Congrats to those athlete’s that ran through the pain. The competition level for this race was awesome with state and nationally rank teams from Indiana, Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois.
