Alex B2

 Eximietas

Alex earned the award after competing against fierce competition in several meets. The competition featured elite runners, Yanek McKenzie of Pleasant Valley High School, Jenny Gibson of Naperville North High School, Ashley Tutt of Minooka High School and many more. Alex is competing against runners that are running sub 17:00 for a 3.0 mile race. The competition is awesome, however Alex is a competitor and will not back down from any competition that toe the line when the gun goes off.

“Racing teaches us to challenge ourselves. It teaches us to push beyond where we thought we could go. It helps us to find out what we are made of. This is what we do. This is what it’s all about.”
